Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken with giblets
  • 200 g of sausage meat
  • 500 g of carrots
  • 500 g turnips
  • 1 kg of leeks
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bouquet garni (garnish bouquet)
  • stale bread (1 / 4 wand)
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 4 cloves
  • salt, pepper

Preparation:
  • Soak the bread in milk with the chopped parsley.
  • Mix well then add the sausage meat, offal of chicken cut into small pieces and a little salt and pepper.
  • Mix again.
  • Stuff the chicken, sew the opening so that the stuffing does not escape during cooking.
  • Place the chicken in a pot, cover with water and bring to boil, remove the froth that forms on the surface.
  • Peel vegetables.
  • Stick the cloves in the onion.
  • Put the vegetables and bouquet garni in the pot and cook 1 hour 30.

Remove the chicken, slice it and place on platter surrounded by vegetables and stuffing.
