Grape jam (Serves 6)
Total time: 1 hour 10 minutes
- Preparation: 1 hour
- Cooking: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1.2 to 1.3 kg of grapes
- 1 kg of sugar
- lemon juice
Preparation:
- Choose slightly unripe grapes, it will taste more strongly after preparation.
- Corn bunches and put them in a saucepan with a little water.
- Boil the grapes for 2 minutes.
- Sieve to remove skin and seeds.
- Combine juice and sugar in a container and macerate in sugar until dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a boil by heating on high heat.
- Allow to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Skin off foam at the end of cooking.
- Fill jars with jam while it is still hot.
- Close the lids and turn the jars upside down while they cool.
