  • Preparation: 1 hour
  • Cooking: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1.2 to 1.3 kg of grapes
  • 1 kg of sugar
  • lemon juice

Preparation:
  • Choose slightly unripe grapes, it will taste more strongly after preparation.
  • Corn bunches and put them in a saucepan with a little water.
  • Boil the grapes for 2 minutes.
  • Sieve to remove skin and seeds.
  • Combine juice and sugar in a container and macerate in sugar until dissolved.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil by heating on high heat.
  • Allow to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Skin off foam at the end of cooking.
  • Fill jars with jam while it is still hot.
  • Close the lids and turn the jars upside down while they cool.
