Organization practice:
To facilitate the management of chickens on a larger scale, each mini can house a maximum of 6 adult poultry (1 rooster + 5 hens). A mini-coop is automatically created for chicks who become adults if necessary.
feed, wash and treat poultry:
Your poultry will only eat corn.
You tend your poultry by clicking the buttons below the mini-coops. They take the necessary amount of food / items directly from your shed (a sack of corn, a bucket of water, soap, etc. mini-coop).
New: hens incubators:
It is not mandatory to sell eggs to the Item Store. You can entrust your chicken incubators to give birth to new chicks.
Principle:
Each egg is sold to the Item Store at a price of 5 Gold
Hatching eggs: freshly laid eggs are distributed to the incubators in the morning. A hen acts as an incubator for 2 days.
Warning: eggs must be sold on the same day they're laid. Otherwise, they will be lost.
Characteristics of hens:
To assign the role of a chicken brooder to a mini-coop, the following conditions must be met:
- such must be aged a minimum of 5 days.
- such should be healthy and clean.
- average weight of the mini-coop must be greater than 2.5 kg.
Warning:
- Poultry adults whose weight falls below 2.5 kg will be less productive.
- Birds must be fed and watered to fulfill their roles as incubators.
